We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with relevant expertise to join our executive team.   • Guide others through intricate marketing procedures while striking a mix between a practical mentality and innovative commercial savvy.
  • Lead the marketing initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns that strengthen the company brand by the marketing, public relations, and event planning departments.
  • Create a network of trustworthy outside firms and marketing experts.
  • Promote change inside the organization for aspects like social media or digitization.

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • An MBA Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a marketing manager or business development position.
  • Excellent leadership and analytical abilities with entrepreneurial spirit and creativity.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • A track record in the chief marketing officer or a comparable position.
  • Ability to create effective strategies and business plans for all parts of marketing (branding, product promotion etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis and market research techniques
