Most job seekers get an insight into why their job application failed when their job application was rejected.
Unfortunately it tells them that with some prior thought, they could figure it out on their own. To help you avoid these common mistakes and give you some in-depth advice on how to maximize your job application success
Job Application: it’s a personnel thing
Not all job applications start with the job seekers, but with the employer. A job is sanctioned within an organization through a combination of two forces:
The manager of the team that will be employed
This is an important insight, as it should tell you that the final decision on who will be hired is made by that manager and will be considered the most capable to meet the defined business needs of the successful job applicant.
The result of these two forces is the creation of a job description, from which the job advertisement originates. At this stage the job application becomes an employee process only after the job is approved. But not fully recognizing people for personal gain – managers and successful employers – is a major mistake of many job applicants.

If you do not know what you want to do, any job will do, and so will the rejection of multiple job applications
Job Market testing
Even though you now know what you want to do, the job market at the time may not want the right skills at that time, in search geography, for the salary level that makes you economically understandable. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people.
Go to the job board of your choice, adjust the title / skill and set the pay scale to zero. Then open the Geographic Search Criterion until the result shows at least 20 jobs. If you do not find at least 20 suitable jobs, then your ideal job does not currently exist in the job market. Is: go back to step 1 and think of another intermediate step for your ideal long-term work; Wait three months; Or constantly accepting job applications upset.
The second problem at this stage is too many jobs to apply for. Again, go to the job board of your choice, and if more than 100 job results come back after you meet the desired criteria, go back and explain more closely what you want to offer an employer / next and long term. Having a syndrome in any job means that you are not paying enough attention in the eyes of the employer on what you can do / offer and will therefore be rejected.
Although it frustrates me to say that as a professional CV writer if you approach your job search in a certain way then you don’t really need a professional CV. However, for 95% of job applications, you will need a CV for the legal and so defined HR process. In the modern world, one-size-fits-all matching CVs won’t get you the telephone interview you need: only an output action is required when an employer takes the time to present a good CV.
If, like many today, you have heard that you have successfully used a free template to hire a friend or pub, make sure you are not following the flock: the template means you will not stand out from the crowd. Good professional CV writers create compelling 2-page documents that compel employers to pick up the telephone, as they communicate that the job applicant has the desired skills to match the job description and shows social fit with the organization / manager. If this is not your template, expect it to be rejected no matter how beautiful it is or how long your list of hobbies and interests is.

One thing job seekers constantly fail to understand, and yet employment professionals do, is that you cannot lose the adversity of where you will find and how to apply for a job.
For example, if an internal employee offers a promotion, your chances are 90%. An acquaintance is in direct contact with an employer, and your chances are about 50%. Your best chance of getting hired through a public job advertisement is on the company’s website or in the newspaper, on average about 12%. Where as the amount of “follow the process” application can easily be as high as 2% through a jobs found on a job board
So why do so many job seekers think they can succeed by spending more than 10% of their time on the job board? Rejection is bound and guided by where you find a job and how you apply
Confidence in job application
This is the last point of rejection of job applications, and it is a common problem in current job-seekers worldwide: personal confidence. Finding a job is a job in itself, and it’s a difficult one. There is a high level of rejection: research, marketing, paperwork, cold calling, direct costs and worst of all. Even successful job seekers will be rejected at least once, which means their success rate is 50%. I have yet to meet an unsuccessful job seeker who somehow lacks confidence. This is one of the reasons why I decided to become a CV writer, partly because the CV is a common topic in most job searches. If you read this article and are still wondering why you were rejected, come out with friends and family after looking in the mirror and remember what is important. After taking a break for a day or two, then go back to apply for a new job and get some help finding your job.
