“Schooling doesn’t assure employment but skill does”-This line has an extremely moral standard. We are living in that era when the world is constantly changing, people are becoming more educated academically. Education and academic certificates have a proportional relation but education and employment don’t have. There is no one subject or set of subjects that can serve us the foreseeable future.  For example, the unemployment rate in 2020 is 4.15% in Bangladesh. Approximately 40.61% people are job holder and rest are in agricultural sectors. Eccentrically, the country has reached the goal of a 90 percent graduation rate by 2020.Hence proved, the equation of employment and graduation are not good at all. The jobs opportunities are depending on the two pillars – skills and experiences. None of these two, can cause unemployment.

There is a thin line between experience and skill. Skills are the key factors of a job and experiences are the utilization of skills. The skills aren’t always subject associated, means whatever the background of your study is some of the skills are needed for every job. Even if you don’t think you have any job skills, but you have these employability skills then you are on the point. For any kind of career jobs there would be some specific skills required by employers. Because, even the employers are also looking for general job skills.  These are known as employability skills. To accomplish this, employers first need to understand the skills they will need to remain competitive and innovative. These types of skills can make you stand on your career in future.

These soft skills might not be listed in the position description, but they are common skills needed to get a job. The employers need to take a proactive role in ensuring they have a workforce equipped with the skills of the future. These are relatable with soft skills. Our daily life is encompassed by technology. Technology is a field involves architecture, construction, engineering and video game graphic design. Identify a problem, research the problem, generate possible solutions, select the best solution are the process to deal with a problem. Create a model, test the model, refine and retest the model as needed, and communicate the final solution are the steps to work on. Algorithm, data mining and web designs are the additions to it.   • Learn to differentiate and understand the role and function of various current and emerging technologies
  • Need to have a basic knowledge on computer hardware, networking, programming, and database and Internet technologies

To address our questions on judgment and decision making, we are excluding specific legal and religious definitions. The ability or capacity to decide make considered and effective decisions are called decision making. These come to sensible conclusions, perceive and distinguish relationships, understand situations, and form objective opinions are the judgements. The opinion, conclusion, determination, or outcome produced from exercising or demonstrating judgment.

Cultural Intelligence refers to the skills to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. In short, Cultural Intelligence is the ability to manage cultural diversity. It’s the capability to cross boundaries and prosper in multiple cultures. Diversity increases the complexity of business. Even established businesses stumble in their global ambitions.
